The water softening process is based on the principle of ion exchange – calcium and magnesium ions, which cause water hardness, are removed from the water.

As the water temperature rises, these elements turn into hard deposits that settle on heating elements, mixers, and pipes. The accumulated layer of limescale reduces heat transfer and shortens the service life of household appliances.

The Comfort A filter also removes divalent iron, making the water cleaner, clearer, and safer for domestic use. The larger filter capacity – up to 30 liters – ensures a higher water flow and less frequent regeneration compared to filters of similar size.

Smart and economical operation

Comfort A uses an advanced disc control valve with a ceramic disc, which makes the valve durable and long-lasting. The system features Upflow regeneration, during which the water flow is reversed. This solution saves salt and water because regeneration is more efficient.

The salt tank is automatically filled with soft water before regeneration begins, which extends the service life of the filler. In addition, the filter housing does not sweat, so the device remains clean and aesthetically pleasing even when there are temperature differences.

Simple control and convenient maintenance

The Comfort A filter features easy-to-understand programming – it can be operated by both a specialist and the user. The device has an integrated factory-installed bypass line, which not only facilitates installation but also saves on additional materials.

Operation is extremely simple – all you need is water and salt. Regeneration is based on actual water consumption, so operating costs are minimal.
