Delivery
ltaqua.lt delivers goods at the time of ordering in the manner of your choice: by courier, by picking up at our store, by picking up at a post office, or by picking up at the nearest post office.
The exact delivery price is indicated in the order summary. Based on the address you provide, the system may automatically offer additional delivery methods.
Returns
Goods may be returned in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of June 29, 2001, on the approval of rules for the return and exchange of goods.
Dispute resolution
All disputes related to the purchase of goods shall be resolved by mutual agreement. If a solution satisfactory to both parties cannot be found, a request shall be submitted to the responsible authorities at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=LT
