Salt for water filters

Automatic water softening filters use NaCl salt. Softening salt is used to regenerate the water filters. The salt is dissolved in a salt tank, and the resulting solution regenerates the water softening filters. It is very important that the water softening salt is of high quality. When high-quality water softening salt is used, no deposits form in the salt tank. Using higher-quality water salt also ensures that it dissolves evenly and does not clump together. Salt can be packaged in tablets or crushed pieces. Water softening salt packaged in tablets is uniform in shape, while crushed water softening salt usually comes in pieces of different shapes, depending on the specified size.

The main activity of UAB LT Aqua is the design of water treatment solutions, the sale and installation of water filters. We are not just a store that sells softening salt alongside other industrial goods. After delivering water softening salt, we can repair and service water filters or simply check how the water softening filter is working. Water softening filters are often installed with a water deironing system, which requires periodic maintenance and preventive care. Otherwise, improperly functioning iron removal can damage water softening filters and require more extensive water filter repairs. We recommend performing preventive maintenance on water filters at least once a year.
